Missing Blocks in every download since Windows 7 Upgrade.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit right now. Ever since the upgrade to Windows 7 I have no downloads work whatsoever and quick par says every file has either 1 or 0 blocks. I have 4 gigs of RAM GSkill and this exact setup worked on XP 32 bit just fine not the night before this started happening.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit RTM on 2 computers (one desktop and one laptop) and Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit RTM on one desktop. None of them is exhibiting the same behavior as you are describing.
I'd suggest that you clear out your temp folders and whatnot and possibly even uninstall and re-install your Usenet client and see if either of those help.
